But before I started helping others, I was the one searching for answers.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck—juggling life, family, career, and expectations while silently struggling with anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt. I’ve walked through toxic relationships, difficult pregnancies, and the emotional rollercoaster of trying to hold everything together. And through that journey, I discovered something powerful: true well-being isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress.

That insight became the foundation of my work.
