I am a graduate pastoral counsellor currently in formation as a sex therapist and a member of Addiction Professionals, with extensive experience supporting individuals and couples navigating challenges related to human sexuality, compulsive sexual behaviours, addiction, and conflicting personal or spiritual values.

I have a particular interest in helping people who feel caught between their sexual behaviours and their values, as well as couples experiencing relationship difficulties connected to sexual struggles. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and grounded in both professional training and lived experience.

I also have personal experience of recovery, which gives me a unique understanding of the challenges involved in overcoming addiction and compulsive behaviours. I draw on this experience alongside my professional formation to help clients move toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful change.


I work with individuals and couples affected by sexual and substance-related addictions, including situations where both are present, offering a safe and confidential space in which difficult issues can be explored openly.
