Over 20 years of being a licensed holistic psychotherapist, hypnotist, and stress management coach, I developed my holistic approach that combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy with hypnosis, energy medicine, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, art therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). I have been told by my clients that I am kind, compassionate, wise, and resourceful.

I specialize in anxiety and mood disorders, and I am an expert when it comes to childhood abuse and trauma (C-PTSD) or attachment disorders, including recovery from narcissistic abuse, codependency, and love addiction.

I customize my approach based on the client's needs. I accept insurance for psychotherapy the prices listed are subject to change.
