Paije Lopez is a certified neurodiversity coach, advocate, and founder of The ATA Lopez Foundation. As a mother raising three neurodivergent children with complex support needs, Paije’s work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to supporting other families navigating similar journeys.
Through years of navigating medical, educational, and support systems for her own children, Paije developed a passion for helping caregivers better understand neurodiversity and feel more confident supporting their children. Her coaching approach focuses on encouragement, education, and practical guidance for everyday family life.
Paije holds certifications in neurodiversity coaching, autism education through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), human rights and many others. Her work centers on caregiver-focused coaching that respects the diverse communication styles, sensory experiences, and individual needs of neurodivergent individuals.
In addition to her coaching work, Paije serves as the Founder and Executive Director of The ATA Lopez Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families of children with disabilities through resources, community support, and family-centered initiatives.
Her coaching sessions provide a supportive space where caregivers can ask questions, gain perspective, and explore practical ways to better support their families.
