My mission is simple yet profound: to help you live a soul-driven life—one that is rooted in authenticity, deeply connected to a larger source, and aligned with purpose and intention. Together, we will dissolve limiting patterns, strengthen your autonomous self, and empower you to make decisions from a place of inner wisdom. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional freedom, or a deeper spiritual connection, I am here to guide you toward a life that feels not just successful, but truly meaningful, liberated, and aligned with who you are at your core.

As a certified Spiritual Life Coach and Positive Psychology practitioner, with a Master’s degree in Social Service Administration (including training and experience in Clinical Social Work) from the University of Chicago, I integrate the science of well-being with the depth of mindfulness spiritual practice . My lifelong journey as a dedicated Buddhist practitioner and certified Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) instructor has further shaped my approach, blending mindful living with the art of intentional creation. This fusion allows me to offer a coaching experience that is both grounded and transcendent, guiding you to cultivate inner stillness while stepping boldly into your soul’s purpose.

In addition, I would be delighted to incorporate the healing power of flower arranging into the spiritual life coaching process, if you wish. Flowers possess a profound ability to heal, uplift, and inspire, making them a beautiful complement to inner transformation and self-discovery.

This is your journey—one of self-discovery, transformation, and awakening. And I am honored to walk beside you.
