As a certified Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Parenting Coach, I provide personalized one-on-one support for children, teens, and adults, tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, needs, and challenges in an environment where they feel most comfortable. I offer multiple session options including virtual coaching, phone sessions, in-home support, to best meet the needs of each individual and family.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and have more than 8 years of experience teaching children with a wide variety of needs. I currently provide support in an ASD- contained classroom, supporting students with diverse learning, communication, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. My professional experience, combined with my personal life experiences, has shaped the compassionate and individualized approach I bring to every family I work with.

Growing up with family members who were disabled and cognitively impaired inspired my passion for helping individuals both in and outside of the school setting achieve the best possible quality of life and education. I understand firsthand the importance of not only supporting the individual, but also empowering the family members and caregivers who walk alongside them every day.

This coaching approach helps clients build practical, real-world skills where they matter most. Support may focus on daily routines, organization, emotional regulation, communication, productivity, executive functioning, learning strategies, and confidence-building.

Sessions are hands-on, flexible, and designed around real-life situations such as homework time, workplace tasks, household responsibilities, social interactions, and independent living skills. For adults, coaching may also include support with time management, career goals, life transitions, and building greater independence.

Using evidence-informed techniques, my goal is not just short-term improvement, but helping individuals develop sustainable, lifelong tools for success and independence.

In addition to working directly with clients, I collaborate with parents, partners, and caregivers when appropriate, offering guidance, practical strategies, and encouragement to help create a supportive and consistent environment. I offer coaching services specifically for caregivers to help them navigate the daily challenges, stressors, and responsibilities they may face while supporting their loved ones.
