I am the founder of Victorious Trainings, a survivor-led healing education practice dedicated to walking alongside survivors of sexual assault and complex trauma on their journey from surviving to thriving. My work is rooted in lived experience, professional training in trauma-informed care, and an unwavering belief that every survivor deserves healing that honors their whole self — mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in sexual assault trauma recovery, trauma-informed empowerment coaching, somatic grounding, affirmation practices, breathwork, and culturally competent care. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all.
