- Black belt in TaeKwonDo, HwaRangDo, Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Hapkido, over 10 years training in Muay Thai and Boxing
- Certified in Combat t Training

- In addition to my professional training, I’ve also experienced profound personal loss, including the loss of my mother, spouse, beloved pet, other family members and friends, as well as the grief that comes with cancer and long-term illness. Those experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of the many ways grief can impact our lives.
