I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Integration Coach, executive coach, and experienced organizational leader with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. I am also a survivor of childhood domestic violence and later intimate-partner abuse whose own healing journey has profoundly shaped the way I understand resilience, self-discovery, and meaningful change. I’ve spent more than 25 years helping leaders and organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation—but some of my greatest lessons about transformation have come from navigating my own. My approach is grounded in a simple belief: insight alone doesn’t create transformation. What matters is what we do with what we discover. Whether I’m helping someone integrate a profound transformative experience, rebuild their sense of self after narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships, navigate a life or career transition, or grow as a leader, I create a curious, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where people can explore patterns, reconnect with their own intuition, and translate insight into intentional action. My role isn’t to tell you what your experience means or who you should become. It is to ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns, and create the conditions that help you discover those answers for yourself. My background also includes more than two decades in hospitality and beverage education. As a Certified Sommelier and Certified Hospitality Beverage Specialist, I offer wine and coffee appreciation experiences rooted in something I’ve loved since my very first job as a teenage barista: helping people slow down, decompress, develop their palate, and experience something familiar in an entirely new way. On the surface, coaching, integration, recovery, wine, and coffee may seem like very different worlds. To me, they’re connected by the same thing: experience can change us when we learn to pay attention to it. I help people make meaning from their experiences—and use what they discover to create what comes next.

I am a Sylvotherapy practitioner with Holistico in the Alma Oasis program, I share in the art of Shinrinyoku and the extensions of phytotherapy and aromatherapy. With students, I practice forest bathing to help balance out their static relationship between technology and nature, while also adding in therapeutic physical activity, for which I will also be providing them personal equipment. With clients, I will offer 30-minute consultations with universalized personalizations in poetry and intuitively guided insight readings.
