Your Journey Begins Here .
As a certified Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Parenting Coach, I provide personalized one-on-one coaching and support for children, teens, adults, parents, and caregivers. My approach is individualized and strengths based, recognizing that every person learns, communicates, and experiences the world differently. I offer virtual coaching throughout the USA, phone sessions, and in-home support in select Michigan communities. Sessions are designed around each client’s unique needs, goals, strengths, and everyday life so that support feels practical, comfortable, and meaningful. My Experience I hold a degree in Education and have more than 8 years of experience working with children with a wide range of learning, developmental, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional needs . I currently work in an ASD-contained classroom, where I support students with diverse needs and help them develop skills that promote learning, communication, independence, and confidence. My professional experience, combined with my personal experiences, has shaped the compassionate and individualized approach I bring to every client and family. Growing up with family members who were disabled and cognitively impaired inspired my passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential both inside and outside of the classroom. I understand firsthand that meaningful support goes beyond working with the individual it also means educating, encouraging, and empowering the people who support them every day. What Coaching Can Support Coaching is focused on practical, real-world skills that can make everyday life more manageable and successful. Depending on the individual’s needs and goals, sessions may focus on: * Executive functioning and organization * Time management and productivity * Daily routines and household responsibilities * Emotional regulation and coping strategies * Communication and social skills * Learning strategies and academic support * Homework routines * Confidence and self-advocacy * Workplace skills and career goals * Life transitions * Independent living skills * Parenting strategies and caregiver support Sessions are hands-on, flexible, and personalized . Rather than focusing only on what happens during a session, we work on skills that can be applied in real-life situations whether that means navigating homework time, managing a household routine, preparing for work, handling social situations, or building greater independence. A Whole-Family Approach I believe meaningful progress happens when the individual and their support system work together. When appropriate, I collaborate with parents, partners, caregivers, and other members of the support system to provide practical strategies, guidance, and encouragement. I also offer coaching specifically for parents and caregivers who may need support navigating the daily responsibilities, challenges, and stress that can come with caring for a loved one. My goal is not simply short-term improvement. I want clients and families to develop practical, sustainable tools they can continue using long after coaching sessions end. When we work together, our loved ones win. Financial Assistance Financial assistance may be available for qualifying clients. Please reach out for more information and to discuss available options.
