Hello! Welcome to Vanessa Adora Fitness & Nutrition! I help people struggling to lose weight finally shed those unwanted pounds, balance their hormones and feel great! My 12-week program is all about mindset and learning how to have a better relationship with food. A bit about myself: After years of struggling with weight fluctuations, crash diets, a sedentary lifestyle, and unhealthy eating habits, I finally decided to take control of my health. I hired a coach, committed to a sustainable diet and exercise routine, and lost 80 lbs! This transformation ignited my passion for health and fitness, leading me to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Now, I’m dedicated to helping people lose weight, get healthy, and feel their absolute best. Most recently, I completed the Metabolic Balance program and lost 20 lbs in just twelve weeks. But the benefits went far beyond weight loss—I no longer experience brain fog, my clothes fit better, and I no longer get "hangry" between meals. Perhaps most life-changing, my once-debilitating period cramps have virtually disappeared, and I no longer need medication to get through the day.
