With a background in dance, kickboxing, and movement, I have always been passionate about helping people connect with their bodies through functional movement and exercise. I hold a Level 3 Mat-Based Pilates certification and qualifications in kinesiology, orthopaedics, and pre/Postnatal Exercise.
